MeetingMath does not copy competitor formulas or proprietary widgets. The calculators use standard time-cost arithmetic and clearly labeled user assumptions.

What is not sourced here

The site does not claim a universal average salary, universal meeting productivity loss, or benchmark meeting waste statistic. If a future page uses external statistics, it should cite the exact source and review date.

Default assumptions

• Overhead multiplier default: 1.25.
• Active work weeks default: 48.
• Working hours default: 40 per week.
• Meeting cost default: 6 attendees, 30 minutes, $75/hour.
